THIS IS OUR PLAN. 114 115  OPINION OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE The members of the Finance Committee of Unimed Uberaba Cooperativa de Trabalho Médico Ltda, in exercising our legal and statutory obligations, gather on this date to examine the Balance Sheet as at 31 December 2018 and the respective financial statements and documentation of net equity and cash flow, as well as all pertinent documents, balances, and the opinion of the independent auditing firm, Walter Heuer, which determined a surplus available to the General Assembly of R$ 10.995.020,47 (ten million, nine hundred ninety-five thousand and twenty Reais and forty-seven centavos), and as we find all these documents to be in perfect order, we recommend their approval by the General Assembly.
