Since the first Unimed cooperative foundation, we have sought to foster ethical, trans-

parent and long-term relations with our beneficiaries, employees, suppliers and so many

others who have helped us to build the Unimed brand. The Unimed System is diverse,

with nationwide capillarity, and for this reason it knows that joint work – through local,

regional, national and international structures – makes cooperatives more effective and

strengthens the cooperative movement. In this sense, the public related to the Unimed

System is vast. The public regard as the most strategic ones comprise: Beneficiaries; Cus-

tomers; Members; Employees; Singular societies; Federations and auxiliary companies;

The community; the public power; regulatory agencies; Partners; Suppliers; and Service

Providers. We believe that the balance among the expectations and interests of all rela-

tionship publics are a fundamental reference to guide the Unimeds management. As part

of this report preparation process, Unimed do Brasil consulted several of these publics by

means of a public survey, which displayed and listed the main relevant topics for commu-

nication in this document. For additional information, please refer to Exhibit II.
